How do I return an item if I’ve changed my mind?

If your purchase was made online via the Toshi website, you can easily initiate a return through your account. Simply log in, navigate to Completed Orders, select Return Items, and follow the prompts to complete the process.

I did not purchase my item online. Can I return it to Toshi?

As Toshi products are also sold through independent stockists, items purchased in-store or via another retailer must be returned directly to the original place of purchase.

We recommend contacting or visiting the retailer from whom you purchased the item, as they will assist you in accordance with their individual returns policy.

I received a faulty product. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that your item is not in perfect condition. Please contact us at shop@toshi.com.au including your order number and clear images of the product showing:

· The fault

· The style and colour of the item

Once we have reviewed your request, our team will be in touch with the next steps to assist you as quickly as possible.

How long will delivery take?

We use Australia Post as our delivery partner and offer both Standard and Express delivery.

All orders are dispatched from Bentleigh East, VIC-3165. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You can check estimated delivery times to your area here.

Orders placed after 8:00am are typically dispatched on the next business day, subject to availability and any unforeseen delays. For more detailed delivery estimates to your area, we recommend visiting the Australia Post website.

Can I amend my order once it’s been placed?

We understand that you may need to make changes after placing your order. Amendments can be made provided your order has not yet been processed.
